Himachal Pradesh University (ICDEOL) Distance Education BEd Admission

Himachal Pradesh University was established in 1971 and located at Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India. The university has urban campus. The university was established in 22 July 1970 by the act of the himachal Pradesh legislative assembly. The university has affiliations by University grant commission and graded B by National assessment and accreditation council. Himachal Pradesh University wholly financed by government of himachal. They play pioneering role for launching the distance education programme and also start post-graduation level distance education.
 

Eligibility for Distance education for Bed admission:

Candidate who complete graduation in zoology, chemistry, botany, BSc honors in zoology, physics, mathematics, are eligible for admission. BA pass course in mathematics, sociology, public administration, geography, political science, economics, history, Sanskrit and Bcom student are eligible for Bed admission and that candidate have minimum 45 per cent marks and for ST, SC candidate 40 per cent marks students are eligible.

Admission Procedure:

Candidate get admission form on their official website fill the applicationform in his or her own handwriting along with the documents and submit before due date. Candidate requires submitting the following document latest passport size photo duly attested by a gazette officer, attested copy of 12th examination certificate, attested 3 copies of graduation certificate, For ST,SC and physically handicapped student submit copy of requisite certification issued by competent authenticating claim.

General Information:

The university also starts International centers for distance education and open learning. The university has eighty affiliated under graduate, education, Sanskrit, dental, medical, engineering and post-graduate colleges and university has twenty seven teaching departments which offer various courses. The university campus was located at summer hill town it about five kilo meter. The campus covers about 200 acres of area. They provide facility like hostels, residential complexes, offices, library and teaching department.
