Andhra University Distance Education BEd AdmissionAndhra University is established in 1925 and is located at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. The university sheared responsibility of Madras University. It is one of the oldest education institutes in India and is established by Madras act. The university provides many courses in management, engineering, science and arts in India. The university has 860 teachers and more than 2500 non-teaching staff. In 2006 the university is certified by ISO 9001:2000 certification and it has affiliations by university grant commission. They start distance education in 1972 and have 32 study centers in Andhra Pradesh state.
Eligibility for Bed admission:
Candidate should complete graduation in Bs. C., BA, and BCA, Bs. C. in Home science and Bcom in Andhra Pradesh or from any recognized university. Candidate who waiting for last year result are also eligible and candidate must complete graduation at nineteen years old.
Admission Procedure:
Candidate gets application form at head post office of Andhra state. The application forms are also available on their official website or candidate get application form through e Seva center of Andhra Pradesh state.
Selection procedure:
The university commonly conducts Entrance examination for the admission of Bed and this examination is conducted by Andhra Pradesh University. Selection of candidate is done on the basis of marks obtain by that candidate in entrance examination.
General Information:
The university provide Bed course as full time and also part time. Duration of part time course is two years and duration of full time course is one years. Candidate who wants to get admission to this course that candidate need minimum 45 % marks aggregate in the graduation. For ST, SC candidate passing marks are enough for admission.
