Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam Tirupati Distance Education BEd Admission
Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, which is the University for Women, was established in year 1983. Sri N.T.Rama Rao had established it. This University was recognized under Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam Act in 1983 that come into power on 14 April 1983. It was begun with 10 faculties, 20 staff members and 300 students. Today this University has the student population of around 2700 with the academic staff of 250. The University will have 59 courses at undergraduate as well as post-graduate level with the good research component.
Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam’s campus is spread in the lush green area, having size of 138.43 acres. This University is located at the 3 km distance from bus as well as railway stations of Tirupati. The University campus has required buildings for running its academic programs as well as administrative machinery. There are split buildings for University’s Administration, Humanities and Sciences, Central Library, Sericulture Complex, University Auditorium, and School of the Pharmaceutical Sciences with an independent building for the Computer Science as well as Computer centre. The B.Ed is a 2 years course.

Total fees to be paid for each year must be paid at start of particular academic Year. Fees payable for the Institute must be paid via Demand Drafts, from any Nationalized Bank, favoring to The Registrar, at Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, at Tirupati. The Demand Draft should be sent at The Director, at Distance Education Centre, at Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, in Tirupati. At time of admission, each student is given a C.R. No. (Code Roll Number) The student is recognized with the reference to that number only. Students must invariably reference the C.R. No. in all Correspondence with Centre.
