Dibrugarh University B.Ed Admission

Dibrugarh University was established under by Assam Legislative Assembly in 1965 under the act of Dibrugarh University Act, 1965. There are number of colleges in Assam that are affiliated to this university and ha various departments like Arts, Commerce, Science, Engineering etc. This university is being recognized by UGC. Currently, university has 17 teaching centers and 14 study centers which offers Arts, Science, MA, MSC, MBA, MCA, MBBS and other UG and PG courses.

This university is also being accredited with NAAC and is also the member of AIU. The degree is accepted in all other colleges across India and also abroad. The B.Ed course is of 4yrs and for the admission in this course student need to appear Combined Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the University. This exam will be conducted in different centers.

 Eligibility for B.Ed Admission:

• Students should be graduated from any stream, either from Dibrugarh University or from other university with at least 50% marks.

• Students who carry 5yrs of teaching experience will get relaxation of 5% during admission.

• Candidate need to appear for the CET conducted by the university.

Application form for the B. Ed:

The application form along with prospectus can be obtained from the office of Principal or Deputy Registrar by after the payment of Rs 100/- Also the same can be obtained through post and should be submitted along with the DD of Rs 100/- which should be drawn under the favor of Registrar, Dibrugarh University.
